I traveled to Sedona to visit the Raw Spirit Festival. This is the third annual running of this event. Whether you are into raw foods or not, it is an experience worth having. I will say that, if you are not into raw foods, you will likely give it serious consideration. If you are dealing with chronic, acute, and catastrophic diseases, you should seriously examine some of the physiological adjustments that are possible simply through a diet change.
With the exception of Liz Story, whose music I enjoyed 20 years ago, I knew virtually none of the headliners here… just a collection of people with good things to say, coming from their perspective. But then, that’s all anyone does, is come from his or her perspective. However, it’s a perspective that warrants consideration. This was a last minute thing for me. I wasn’t going until a friend connected me to a woman who represents Wilderness Family Naturals (www.wildernessfamilynaturals.com), a purveyor of fine coconut oil-based products, who would be exhibiting at this event. Since she was making a 1,400 mile trip and it was only 100 for me, it made sense to go. She has arranged for me to interview the Bruce Horowitz, the Festival Chef, later today. Here are his sites:

It was a total surprise and pleasure that I sat in on The Prana Program, a presentation given by Jasmuheen, an Australian woman, author of over 20 books, who has lived on prana, universal life force energy, for the past 14 years, making it complete a year ago, when she released her dependency on water.
I won’t get into a prana discussion here. I’ve known about it for over 25 years, and it has been around for infinity, for is The Infinite. But Jasmuheen’s talk was something everyone should hear. And she has agreed to grant me an interview for my radio show, Talk for Food this afternoon. (BTW… I have begun developing my own Talk For Food site www.talkforfood.com. Only a shell now, but building.)
Jasmuheen will be giving a full day workshop tomorrow. It is titled, The Field of Love & The Prana Program. If what I heard last night was an appetizer, the main course will be a life changer.
The Sedona area, in fact, the entire Verde Valley, was booked up, so after being turned away at quite a few inns, I found a room 45 minutes away, on Interstate 40 in Bellemont. I’ll sign off now… today will be memorable.
Yo Tomas,
Whether you agree or even believe in her personal practice, there’s no way you could ever have listened to her talk for more than a minute or two and still say that.
On the other hand, what truths have you assembled and shared with audiences all over the world in spite of mindless, judgment and ridicule directed at you?
A~
shame she’s a laughable crackpot
